My stay was riddled with problems. First, the room I reserved was not available, and I ended up in a cramped attic room with low ceilings. The breakfast choices were minimal and not well replenished, adding to my dissatisfaction during my stay.

the so-called "superior double room" was nothing more than two single beds awkwardly pushed together. how charming! the breakfast was a sad display with minimal options, and not a single cup of tea or coffee in sight. i would have appreciated a small gesture of compensation for all the inconveniences, but i’m sure that’s too much to ask.

I visited for a short getaway and was amazed by the stunning views of the Mont Blanc massif right from my comfortable room. The nearby public parking made it easy to explore the area, and I enjoyed a relaxing 30-minute walk to Chamonix along the scenic footpath. The bus stop right outside the hotel was a convenient bonus, perfect for reaching other attractions like Aiguille du Midi. Although the breakfast selection could use improvement, the overall ambiance made my stay enjoyable.

Views and flavors that amazed us

Woke up each morning to the scent of fresh pastries, incredible views of Mont Blanc, and the welcoming demeanor of the staff. The well-priced half-board dining included fantastic, locally-sourced meals that were truly memorable. The rooms were cozy and bright, enhanced by the natural light streaming in.

However, the mattress felt quite firm, making it a bit challenging to get comfortable at night. Additionally, while WiFi was generally reliable, there were moments of slow connectivity in our room that made it frustrating to check in with friends back home.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Les Lanchers. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with providing free bus passes and local recommendations. The views of Mont Blanc from my room were simply breath-taking, making every morning special.

The location offers fantastic access to local slopes and ski rentals just steps away, making it ideal for snowboarders and skiers alike. The dining experience stands out, with a fixed-price menu that delivers exceptional quality for breakfast and dinner, highlighting local ingredients in every dish. However, parking is limited, and if you don't prebook, finding a spot might be challenging. Additionally, some might find the room sizes to be on the smaller side, limiting space for family gatherings.

my stay was fantastic thanks to the easy access to the nearby ski bus and a pleasant 20-minute walk by the riverside that led straight into the heart of Chamonix, making it perfect for exploring local landmarks and parks.

Decent Wi-Fi and very helpful staff. Limited parking but nice, comfy rooms.
